His story

Where Rod comes from

Rod is the son of immigrants and a first-generation U.S. citizen. He grew up watching his parents navigate a country that did not always make space for them. He was the first in his family to graduate from high school. The first to graduate from college. The first to become a lawyer. Every step of that path informed the kind of attorney he became.

Like many immigrant families, Rod's family knows what it feels like to be separated by paperwork, to wait years for a decision, and to live with the quiet stress of an unresolved case. That is not an abstraction to him. It is the reason he practices immigration law.

How he practices

Rod intentionally keeps a limited caseload. The legal industry has trained people to expect long waits, generic answers, and lawyers who never call back. That is not how this firm operates. When you work with Rod, you work with Rod. Your calls get answered. Your questions get real answers. Your case gets the senior-level attention it deserves from start to finish.

On the personal injury side, Rod represents people whose lives have been turned upside down by someone else's negligence. Car crashes, truck collisions, rideshare accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic injuries throughout California. His clients pay nothing unless he recovers compensation for them.

On the immigration side, Rod represents families and individuals across all 50 states. Marriage and family green cards. Employment-based petitions. Citizenship. Fiance(e) visas. Family petitions. Visa applications. Cases that are quietly, deeply important to the people living them.
